Tuesday and Thursday 5:30 - 6:30pm
Saturday 10:30 - 11:30am

Where?

West Park - meet at Aviary entrance off Arch Street.

Why should I join?

If you want to take your fitness ability to the next level then this is the program for you. Clients drop inches and pounds while gaining strength, muscle and confidence. No initiation fees or contracts!

Class Description

Class consists of, but is not limited to, the following strength training, plyometrics, core training, resistance training, circuit training, band work, walking, hiking, jogging, sprints, obstacle courses, calisthenics, and stretching. Classes are outdoors (when weather permits).

Payments and registration: You can register and pay online now. Alternatively, fill out the forms and bring them to your first class along with with cash or a check. Everyone participant must be paid in full by the first day of class or you will not be permitted to participate.

This is personal training in a group setting! Regular sessions are as much as $70/ hour. So you are receiving the same high quality workouts at a fraction of the cost!

Participants will need a mat, 2,3,5,8 or whatever lb. weights you would like to bring. If a beginner, body resistance is sufficient. Bring a bottle of water and a small towel. Comfortable gym attire and athletic shoes.

BootCamp participants will receive workout and nutrition homework to do on the days class is not meeting.
